Who it's for

- You're visiting a city, or you've just moved there.
Free to meet. Using Premium and Vault is optional.
Free: the app, joining events, hosting, people nearby, chats and meetings. Some events have their own ticket, paid to the organiser.
How it works
Browse
Open the events on the map or in the list. What's on depends on the hosts in your city.
Filter
Narrow them down by category, date, price and who you're coming with.
Join
Go alone, with another adult, or with children when the host allows it. Some hosts approve each request, and some events have a waitlist when they're full.
Go
Once you're confirmed, you get reminders 24 and 2 hours before it starts. At the event, check in and open People here to see who chose to be visible.

By default, others see you within about 2 km, unless you show your exact location. Hide any time.

Only the host and confirmed participants see it.

Short answers
Does it list every event in my city?
No. You see the events that hosts have added to Meet & Mint, so it varies by city. If you can't find what you want, you can host it yourself.
Do I pay for events in the app?
No. The app doesn't sell tickets. Some events have their own ticket or price, which is paid to the organiser outside the app.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, when the host allows children. Only their number is stored: no names, ages or photos. Each child needs a responsible adult.
Is my location visible?
By default, no: others see that you are within about 2 km. You can choose to show your exact location, or hide from the map. An event's meeting point is shown only to confirmed participants.
